I work as an appraiser by day and volunteer with local organizations in my evenings. When I am not appraising, I am enjoying the outdoors and adventuring with my husband and three kids. I am certified as a CRA (Canadian residential appraiser) and a DAR (designated appraiser residential). I have been appraising since 2014. My career has taken me from Waterloo to Quinte West, and now Owner of Coup Appraisal since 2022.  I graduated from Redeemer University College with my BA in Business Marketing and from University of BC with my Residential Appraisal Certification.

I am from Hamilton, Ontario, and I’m thankful to be a part of the Coup Appraisal team. With a B.A. in International Development from Redeemer University, I began my career as an administrative and accounting assistant at IRCO Automation in Burlington for 1.5 years. When I’m not working, I enjoy experiencing new cultures, volunteering, and savouring a good cup of coffee.

I am a full-time appraiser and part-time farmer. Following a 14-year career in the Canadian Armed Forces, I switched my combat boots for work boots and have started on the path of candidacy for a DAR (Designated appraiser residential). I have been working under the Coup Appraisal organization since 2023 as I learn the trade and work towards certification. A bit about myself: I was a licensed heavy-duty mechanic for over a decade, and my career took me all across Canada, as well as Scotland. After several moves, I decided to change direction, put down roots, and settled on a farm in the Napanee area. I have always had a passion for real estate and have found home appraisals to be the right fit for me.
